Every HCCC student must obtain a College Wide ID (CWID) card before the beginning of their first semester. The CWID card must be validated at the start of each semester. Students are required to carry an official HCCC CWID at all times. Presentation of a CWID may be necessary for fulfillment of certain student services (shuttle service, trips and events, library, computer labs, etc.), and may be required upon entering the College’s facilities. Students may obtain a new or replacement CWID at the Office of Public Safety and Security. There is a fee to replace a lost ID card.
