Course Description
In this course, students are introduced to the literature of Latin America, from pre-Columbian times to the present. The course proceeds in chronological fashion, and each literacy period and its works are studied within the historical framework in which they were created. All work in this course, from the readings to the assignments, is done in Spanish.
